Information on the Crispycakes

 
Shelf life/Storage:
The Crispery Crispycakes have a guaranteed shelf life of 4 weeks. Though keep in mind that our Crispycakes can last for several months if simply kept in a stable room temperature environment and must kept and their original package or another seal bag to ensure freshness, not too hot and not too cold is the best way to keep them soft and gooey.
 
Size of the Crispycakes:
The Crispery Crispycakes are all handmade in small batches as well as hand cut. Therefore each and every bar depending on batch and flavor will vary greatly. The approximate average size on each individual bar is 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 2" .
 
Summer Months/Warm Climates and Chocolate Crispycakes:
During the summer months, approx. May - September, The Crispery cuts down about 90% on the production of the chocolate Crispycakes. All other flavors are in full production. Please be advised that if the customer chooses to order any of our Chocolate Crispycakes during this time we will not take responsibility for the product coming in melted. Therefore, we recommend to take caution when ordering any chocolate products if you reside in a hot zone or during the summer months.
 
INGREDIENTS:

PLAIN CRISPYCAKE:

Rice, sugar, salt, high fructose corn syrup, malt (com flour, malted barley), reduced iron, niacinamide, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), calcium, pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), folic acid and BHT, dextrose, modified cornstarch, gelatin, artificial color (including blue 1), tetrasodium pyrophosphate, caramel color, vanillin, 0.1% potassium sorbate, artificial flavor and natural flavor.

IF COOKIES WILL ALSO CONTAIN:

Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), partially hydrogenated soybean oil, cottonseed oil, vegetable oil shortening (processed with alkali), baking soda, chocolate, graham flour, cocoa, honey, molasses.

IF CARAMEL/CHOCOLATE CARAMEL & OR/CHOCOLATE WILL ALSO CONTAIN:

Milk, fructose, hydrogenated coconut oil, butter, mono-and diglycerides, soy lecithin, partially hydrogentated palm kernel and cottonseed oils, nonfat dry milk, cocoa processed with alkali, cocoa, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids.

IF PEANUT BUTTER WILL ALSO CONTAIN:

Roasted peanuts and peanut oil, hydrogenated rapeseed and cottonseed oils.

IF SPRINKLES &/OR FRUIT FLAVORED CEREAL WILL ALSO CONTAIN:

Partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed, soybean), dextrin, carnauba wax, confectioner's glaze, red 40 lake, yellow 5 lake, blue 1 lake, yellow 6 lake, red 3, corn, wheat and whole grain oat flour, calcium carbonate, vitamin C, niacin (nacinamide), vitamin A palmitate, reduced iron, zinc (zinc oxide), vitamin B12 , folate (folic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin D.

IF JELLY WILL ALSO CONTAIN:

Sorbitol, water, fish gelatin, partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (palm kernel and/or coconut and/or palm) citric acid, lecithin (an emulsifier), FD&C red #40, FD&C #1.

MAY ALSO CONTAIN:

Soy, wheat, nuts and/or coconut.
