Mini Marshmallow is a love letter to anyone who believes the marshmallow is the best part of a crispy cereal treat. We start with crispy rice cereal folded into our extra soft and gooey marshmallow base, then cover the top with a fluffy layer of mini marshmallows.

The topping adds an extra pillowy texture and even more melt in your mouth sweetness to every bite. It’s thick, squishy, and unapologetically marshmallow forward, with just enough crispy rice crunch underneath to hold all that gooey goodness together.

Every Crispycake is handmade in our bakery using fresh ingredients. Each one is individually wrapped to preserve its signature soft and gooey texture and has an 11 month shelf life.

Your order is packed by our family and shipped in a signature Crispery branded box within 1 to 2 days of your order. It looks like a nice gift!

Crispycakes do not require temperature controlled shipping. Flavors containing ingredients that do not travel well in the heat are discontinued during the summer months. All other Crispycakes can be shipped year round and are carefully packed to arrive in great condition.
